Hi! Every one hope u all have nice weekend

Finally i'm going to upload my Birthday card
one of the reasons why i upload it late that what happen to my friend Mimin
when some one stole his work!!

i use ORYX in the design

ORYX was the Talisman or Logo of the 15th Asian game 2006 in Doha Qatar...

the Picture i use it as reference was ORYX Ads picture..



this is my sketch... i know its drawing not well but i just draw the idea


I use here the Pen tool to draw Our friend ORYX :)


I put each part of his body in one layer so it's become much easier when i'm going to edit it later.
This when i had done from drawing ORYX

After than i color it with same color that was in the reference picture



I use two tools here
1/ Live paint Bucket to color the black and red and some places that doesn't have a lot of color
2/ eyedropper tool to color the legs hands and the head so its easy to color it together same color
than it become like this
soo cute :D
the problem the drawing was to simple .. i mean no action on it ... the lines to normal so I add some lines from the brushes i try different type of lines ..

now I think is much better than before :D



I also add balloons to make the card more interesting and the picture on the right side is the reference ...
i draw five Balloons with different color ..

Here i use Mesh tool to color the Balloons to give's it 3d color.. <<NOW we come to the background and i start it with a line that i draw it from line segment tool and i Add the Distort & Tranform >>>Transform Effect to make the line become like this ...
than i add Brushes on the lines and bring our friend ORYX to the background ...

we can see the background become two color bright and dark blue color..

one more time i use Mesh tool to give the background that color.. :D


I didn't like the line in the meddle because its too normal so i add two effect
1/: Distort & Tranform>>> Zig Zag to make it like Zig Zag..
2/:3d >>>Extrude & Bevel effect to make the line 3D..


Here i use the pen tool to draw a background for ORYX to show him standing on some thing



And after that i color it with same color but i play with the bright thing for it to be a Lettie bit different from transparency and put it Screen..

Because ORYX is from Qatar so i add this shape to make QATAR flag as we see .. 0.O
Now we come to the writing thing :D its my fav part
i write ORYX and copy it to make it like 3d than i copy it one more time and add the Sketch >>> Water Paper Effect and put all the 3 copy together with some moving to become 3d

After that i add some symbols to give the card party effect ;)
